Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. John 14:1-2 KJV

I was blessed to meet Mr. Stanphil in K.C. at First Assembly of God when he presented some of his “newest” songs, including “None to Compare.” He was truly a man of God who used his gifts to bring praise to our Lord.

Wow now that is a wonderful memory! I have sung this for people in nursing cerm care as well as in church (a long time ago). I actually didn’t realize it was such a relatively recent song till a few weeks ago.
“Mansion Over the Hilltop” was one of the favorites of residents at the places I used to play. You reminded me I used to do this, Pete. I need to get back out there!
If you do get involved again, let me know. We publish a free weekly newsletter which is shared at about 10-12 facilities each week. I print up a number myself to give out and some of the activity directors do it for me (Much cheaper!). It is just a single sheet with stories on both sides and we call it, the “Sunshine Newsletter”
