What is that fearful excited mix that churns our stomachs when we peer out windows to a plane, head up the gangway to a boat or step onto a train-car? In the act of exchanging the fetters of our monotonous routine for the uncertainty of a new adventure we experience a momentary lift. But our launching out to new places, it is good to remember the hidden treasure that lies just below the surface of the everyday life we have been given.
