Some complain there are no hymns today that measure up against the classics of old, But I am loving the simplicity of this modern hymn by Stuart Townsend and the wonderful humble presentation by Lindsay of Sounds Like Reign. May you be blessed with a quiet and worshipful Lord’s day.

Amazing Hope
First the shockingly bad news – This extended lock down has turned into something of a lock out. Churches, Long Term Care facilities and even many homes are locked out of their normal activities all over the world. But the Good news is more shocking than the bad! Jesus specializes in showing up even when we lock the doors!

Oh I hate to wait but the numbers here aren’t looking great for things to open up safely to the Nursing Homes any time soon. Please remember to pray for the residents who have now been well cared for but very lonely after 3 1/2 months of isolation. This week’s Hymn session Included His Eye is On the Sparrow (One of my favorites). Little talk with Jesus and When the Roll is called up Yonder. God bless everyone.
