What an awesome time we had at Watermark Assisted Living for our bi-monthly service. There were only a few people at first but the receptionist kept encouraging people to come and they filled the room! Sounds like Easter to me!

What an awesome way to serve! Why did you decide to have a worship service at an assisted living facility? Do you have a loved one there?
We hold services there twice a month. It is part of an outreach to facilities in our area.

I use to work at an assisted living and they never had worship service for the residents.
Yes that is the norm and the reason why we are encouraging more people to volunteer. They do love the chance to meet, sing and pray together.
