Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths.
Lead me in thy truth, and teach me:
For thou art the God of my salvation;
On thee do I wait all the day.
Psalm 25:4-5 KJV
Quite the prose and verse Pete. The imagery is great as well as allowing me to have my own imagery with your words. For me , being in the woods often, I often look for paths that I know are there…somewhere in all the underbrush. I am also building a cabin in the woods. Even though the cabin has 6 windows and a door with window, I have no other lighting or electricity and the corners are always dark. Your “Light corners of my heart” is an ongoing sermon and a needed prayer all by itself. good stuff!
Yeah, these verses in Psalm 25 have been my go-to prayer when I am struggling to find my way or even just plain struggling. I thought turning them into verse was a way of walking through them in a different way.
