In The Garden at Sunshine Village

It has been such an amazing blessing having the opportunity to meet safely and fellowship with my brothers and sisters at Sunshine Christian Community here in Florida. Yes I do wear a mask while I’m coming in and setting up but as we are outside we have the freedom to sing and worship from a distance and when Jesus draws close we are blessed by His presence. The recording is not a professional studio quality but the worship is honest and the joy real. May God bless you as you continue to find His way for you to worship even in the middle of this pandemic!

My wife and I serve as members of a worship team at a multicultural church. Our members are from Brazil, Nepal and the U.S.. Because of the many languages and cultures in our local body we face unique challenges, such as how many songs will we do in English today? What new songs can we use in either language that are simple enough for the people to sing. The songs, the devotions and insights here are a small portion of some of the ways God is leading us as we push towards the goal. I pray that these will be both a blessing and an encouragement for those of you who may pass by Praise 2 Worship.

  1. Thank you, pastor. The worship and joy were real indeed. I enjoyed the songs and the scripture. It’s so wonderful that you are able to sing in person with your friends again! God’s blessings!

    1. Thanks Dave. So far those able to come in person are the ones in small independent living units. The folks inside will finally get to meet with us on December 16 for an outdoor Christmas program (the 18th for another facility in town). I so appreciate your interest and prayers.
