On the day that Mary heard from the angel Gabriel she became the first to hear the Good News of the coming of Jesus. While this part of theĀ Christmas story is well known I was unable to find a single carol commemorating the event for our Christmas program. In a quiet moment (and with a few hours of practice) this simple song came into being. I pray it would be a blessing for you as well.
