God remembers dreams 
that we forgot 
And guides us on His path 
Fighting behind the scenes 
The battles we cannot 

“Your will not mine be done.” 
We nicely pray 
Yet guarding all our rights 
Not surrendering one 
We lose our way 

To learn the steps He chose 
To Calvary climbed 
We trust Him with our dreams 
For He awakens those 
That wait His chosen time.
