Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Colossians 3:16
I have thought over and over today about that word of Christ dwelling richly. I saw that It doesn’t say “Let the Rich Word” dwell in you. No, God is knocking and asking that His simple, plain, and unmixed word would have access to all my resources. That is how God defines worship. Does He have complete access to all of my resources: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually?
Or in another way of seeing the picture: Am I am opening up to God the unlimited horizons of all that is in me? Can He look to the East, to the West, to the North and to the South, as far as His eye can see, and know that it all belongs to Him?
