Counting Summer Blessings (Part 2)

Counting Summer Blessings (Part 2)

When the cloudy and cold days of November seem to drag it helps me to remember Summer blessings.
Finding a honey bee going about his work
Walking out early in the morning still needing only short sleeves
Discovering a nest of baby birds poking out their heads
Teaching my grandson where to find the worms for fishing!

Are you ever burdened with a load of care?
Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear?
Count your many blessings, every doubt will fly,
And you will keep singing as the days go by. John Oatman Jr

Thanks Natalie. I still love the hymns because they carry the message and are easy to sing.
